This role involves optimising processes, managing customer service, purchasing and facility management for the UK and Ireland. The responsibilities of the Head of Operations…. Could this be you? Oversee customer service operations for B2B and DTC channels. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Ensure the smooth operation of all facilities. Oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers. Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify processes. Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Continuously monitor and improve operational workflows. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment for consumables for head office, retail locations and education centres. Do you have the below skills? Strong understanding of AI-driven operational tools, customer service software, and inventory management systems. Experience in managing external relationships with vendors and service providers.
