Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Workplace Services Coordinator to support the Regional Workplace Services Manager in overseeing all aspects of facilities management and taking full responsibility for the site.
In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day delivery of comprehensive facilities support services, ensuring our buildings provide a positive and efficient working environment for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, engaging, and capable of working independently.
It is a customer-facing position that involves direct interaction with on-site clients, making it well-suited to candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, or corporate office management.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the daily delivery of facilities services at the site, ensuring smooth operations
* Assist in maintaining facilities in a safe, effective, and manageable condition
* Ensure all services, such as Security, Cleaning, Health & Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Space Management, and Office Services, are provided professionally and align with the client standards
* Provide support to business units and assist with the delivery of their services
* Oversee and manage the site Facilities team, ensuring effective team performance
* Maintain awareness of cost control, budgets, and financial management
* Assist with financial recording tasks, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and adhering to budget deadlines
* Address and resolve invoice queries promptly and efficiently
* Support control and tracking of Fixed Assets as needed
* Occasionally provide assistance at other client offices to support colleagues
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Strong planning, organisational, and time management abilities
* Proven communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within and outside the client
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and customer liaison skills
