We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Experience with Google Sheets or Excel would be beneficial.
Duties:
1. Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, recording messages and putting calls through to the relevant people.
2. Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents.
3. Assist with basic clerical tasks as assigned.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
1. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Proficiency in computerised office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
