Join our growing team delivering comprehensive electrical services for social housing providers and local authorities.
ROLE
* Install, service, and maintain electrical systems and appliances in line with the latest IET Wiring Regulations.
* Perform daily installation, testing, and inspection of electrical systems, producing EIC certificates.
* Diagnose and repair electrical issues in domestic systems, including fault finding and rewiring.
* Complete tasks as directed using company software.
* Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs, ensuring compliance with codes.
* Assess and order parts needed for jobs.
* Maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic systems, ensuring installations meet manufacturer standards.
* Rewire faulty systems, such as lighting, heating, and alarms.
* Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
* Document installations
Essential Skills:
* 18th edition, 2391 testing inspection.
* ECS Gold Card.
* 2+ years of experience preferred.
* Previous experience in social housing is a plus but not essential.
* UK clean Driving Licence.
* Strong writing and presentation skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong time management skills to handle various tasks and meet deadlines.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexible, self-motivated, and agile attitude.
* Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and foster a team spirit.
