About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Account Development Professional to join our internal sales team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with existing customers, promoting NEC software and solutions through webinars, telephone calls, and emails.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with customers at all levels, understanding their needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
* Opportunity Identification and Closure: Identify and close opportunities for NEC software and solutions, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding annual targets.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, reflecting all opportunities and customer interactions.
* Meeting and Event Planning: Participate in internal and external meetings, showcasing NEC's products and services to new and existing customers.
* Pipeline Development: Cultivate a pipeline of future opportunities, providing valuable insights to enhance sales performance.
About You:
* Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with experience in target-driven environments.
* Organizational Skills: Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and CRM/SharePoint systems.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
