You will be part of a large team of Accounts Collections Executive. The main focus of the team is to collect overdue and outstanding debt owed to the business, whilst also helping to resolve account queries and ensuring there is a smooth process from point of order to payment of the account.

Be part of a team that enables business growth
You'll be a key member of the Account Collections Team within the Finance Department. The Account Collections team are responsible for mitigating payment and cash risk to the business by chasing and collecting payment of invoices owed to Softcat.
The team builds strong relationships with our customer and works closely with the wider business to achieve individual and team cash collection targets
As an Accounts Collections Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Manage a more complex customer ledger and support ledger reviews.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with our customers.
* Proactively collaborating with sales teams and business operation departments within Softcat.
* Chasing and collecting payment of invoices against individually set & team targets.
* Fielding day to day questions ahead of reaching the Accounts Collection Team Leaders.

* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with different personalities across the business.
