Role Overview
Financial Services, part of Finance and Customer Services directorate, are currently undergoing a tender process to procure a new financial information management system, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Budget Setting/Monitoring and Reporting.
Reporting to the Finance Project Manager, the post holder will be a key member of the project implementation team for the new financial information management system, providing both project and change management support to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Updating project-related documentation
2. Managing meetings/workshops
3. Producing internal communications
4. Providing training guidance/support
5. Conducting change management activities
The new system implementation project is estimated to last around 2 years. Afterwards, the post holder will be required to carry out similar activities for future Finance and Customer Services change projects and programmes.
