We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Rolling Stock & Customer Services business in Northampton/London. You will provide best in class Financial Reporting & Analysis and sound Financial Governance for Rolling Stock and provide proactive support to the Financial Controller on all aspects of business performance and act as an important interface to Commercial Teams. You'll make a difference by Responsibility for management, execution, and delivery of Forecasting process for Rolling Stock & Customer Services businesses Responsibility for Bottom-up Budgeting process and alignment with target setting Monthly financial activity, which includes production of financial and management reporting, support to senior management on financial performance & reporting Manages the financial analysis and research of the business issues to provide senior management with financial data and business advice / to improve the results of the organization Evaluation of opportunities and risks from operational business Ensures transactions are recorded in conformance with IFRS standards and adequate internal controls are in place Support project-based work and company initiatives, such as timesheet introduction within RS/CS. Support FD & FC in a flexible and supportive manner. Management of external and internal audit requirements Implementation and governance of ICFR controls across business Act as Finance partner for CS support cost centres Role Model behaviour and values consistent with Siemens Values, SMO 5 behaviours and Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines Place Employee Safety and Wellbeing at the forefront of your team management activities, and ensure your awareness and competence in employee welfare tools Develop a high-performance culture with strong employee engagement using the Siemens People Management policies and tools.
