Job Summary
We're looking for a People & Culture Manager who can offer exceptional and best-in-class HR service, covering the full employment life cycle. The ideal candidate will thrive on getting their hands dirty with the nitty-gritty and enjoy being able to step out and think more holistically and strategically.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and strengthen a company-wide people-first culture, ensuring our people feel valued.
* Be our Cultural Ambassador, ensuring company buy-in to our purpose, vision, and values.
* Work with the Managing Director to develop our employer brand, attracting the best talent and making our people proud to say they are part of the team.
* Help develop a growth mindset within the agency, demonstrating people leadership capabilities.
* Accountable for the end-to-end recruitment process, working with the hiring individual/team to set a clear plan and process for each role to be hired.
* Support and lead our performance-driven culture by championing our performance management approach of continuous development.
* Responsible for establishing people-focused, best-practice HR fundamentals that live and breathe our values.
* Manage all employee relations issues with sensitivity and in a timely manner, ensuring that our people understand where to find our policies and procedures.
* Ensure that our internal policies and procedures are fit for purpose and in line with legal requirements, while reflecting our values and culture.

* Salary - £24k based on 22.5 hours per week (£40k equivalent)

Requirements
* The drive of a thought leader, developing progressive people strategies and company cultures
* Natural coaching and facilitation abilities, with a passion for getting the best out of people
* A motivated, passionate, and self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, confident to make decisions and seek input from others
* Experience in balancing day-to-day operational necessities with bigger-picture strategic work streams
* Ability to build strong relations internally and externally, at all levels, with discretion and trustworthiness
* A full belief in human potential, supporting everyone to be their best selves
