As an essential part of the Conveyancing Department, you will support fee earners and contribute to the smooth handling of property matters.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and formatting legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
* Communicating professionally with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.
* Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling general office duties efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Conveyancing law.
* Strong Typing & IT Skills – Fast, accurate, and proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
* Exceptional Communicator – Confident, professional, and client-focused.
* Highly Organised – Able to multitask and prioritise a busy workload effectively.
