We’re EcoTMarketing and we help homeowners around Scotland & the wider UK to heat their home for less by helping them get access to grant funding.
We facilitate grants via the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) scheme to ensure that properties we work with have lower fuel bills than they did prior without spending a penny to get access to renewables or/and insulation measures.
About the role
We’re currently recruiting for an office junior administrator to work in our Stirling office
Hours
Monday – Thursday 9am- 5pm
Friday 9am – 3pm
About the role
As an Office Junior Administrator for Ecot Marketing, you’ll be an excellent communicator who is able to work efficiently both on your initiative and as part of a busy team. You’ll play a hands-on role in the office, dealing with the day-to-day submission of jobs.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in excel, Adobe and have telephony skills but training will be given for the right person.
Day-to-day duties
* Taking customer calls and assisting where required
* Booking survey installs to installer from surveys completed
* Preparing all documentation for funding
* Data inputting information on our internal systems.
* General office duties when necessary.
Salary
* Minimum wage depending on age (would suit school leaver)
Essential skills
* Ability to multi-task, even under pressure.
* Great time management and the ability to prioritise your workload.
* High levels of computer literacy.
* The ability to work well within a dynamic, busy team and also independently.
* Strong communication skills over email and on the phone.
* High levels of organisation and strong attention to detail.
In return for your skills, you’ll receive training in submissions to funders following the retrofit of properties.
