What You’ll Do As a Cell Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll: Innovate and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced fuel cells. Collaborate with global partners to support large-scale production rollouts. Utilize techniques such as heat treatment, screen printing, and laser processing to refine processes. Drive quality and efficiency using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and root cause analysis. Facilitate technology transfer and provide training to international partners. This role offers a unique combination of technical challenge, innovation, and global collaboration. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Chemical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering (BEng/MEng preferred). Proven experience in manufacturing or process engineering. Expertise in one or more of the following: ceramics processing, heat treatment, deposition techniques, or laser processing. Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and data-driven problem-solving methodologies. A willingness to travel and work collaboratively on global projects. Why Apply?
