What makes a great Sparrow carer?
At Sparrow, we’re more interested in your personal qualities than your qualifications. We are looking for people who will make exceptionally good carers, irrespective of their background or experience. You don't necessarily need direct care experience either.
We are highly selective though - we only work with outstanding people that we'd be happy to have look after our own parents. If you're committed to providing exceptional care and excited to join a network of self-employed carers, you might be exactly what we are looking for. Our ideal candidates are:
* self-motivated people with high standards in everything they do
* caring and giving people who contribute to our community of carers
* great communicators with a positive outlook
* open to learning and growing as carers and people
* and above all, they have a commitment to providing exceptional care.
