Job Title: Project Planner

Salary: £54,793+ dependent on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
1. This role will require you to develop and maintain integrated schedules across a varied and dynamic organisation.
2. You will be conducting scenario modelling to support the business in assessing new requirements, resource demand and impacts to delivery milestones.
3. A crucial part of your role will be to interact with internal Stakeholder Management.
4. You will be required to act as the Scheduling Subject Matter Expert and support less experienced members of the team.
Your skills and experiences:
1. Experienced scheduling professional with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan and/or Primavera P6. One or the other is essential.
2. Demonstrable experience of using toolsets in a complex environment, including creating complex schedules.
3. Experience with Stakeholder Management with the ability to persuade and influence.
4. Able to work with limited supervision.

The Project team:
Design Development Test & Evaluation is one of the largest organisations in the BAE Systems Air Sector, home to over 2,000 engineers and working on projects across EuroFighter Typhoon, Hawk, FCAS/Tempest, US Programmes (including F35) and our R&D organisation, FalconWorks. Key to the ongoing success and growth of this organisation is an evolving Project Control capability, in particular the need to further expand our network of integrated schedules across this entire organisation. To enable this a planning cell is being established within DDT&E where a team of schedulers will work across the engineering teams delivering our current projects as well as with our New Business teams looking at planning and estimating future work.
