We are currently working with a manufacturer in Malton, North Yorkshire, to recruit for a HR Advisor to join the HR team. This role will work alongside the HR Business Partner and it is a true generalist HR role. Salary is up to £40,000 DOE and is predominantly based in the office with flexibility for 1 day a week WFH. This is a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities: Support the HR Business Partner on a range of HR projects Own and manage the entire employee lifecycle Manage an ER caseload with ownership of the cases from start to finish, escalating complex cases to the HR Business Partner Supporting with payroll processes Coach and support managers on a range of HR topics Provide support on companywide strategies Support with recruitment activity and take ownership of onboarding Maintain and update the HR database, utilising HR metrics to present to the HR Business Partner and wider leadership team Requirements: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience Experience of working at HR Advisor level with the proven ability to manage ER cases and own other areas of the employee lifecycle Experience of coaching and supporting line managers Excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice Benefits include: Some flexibility to work from home Competitive salary Competitive holiday allowance Opportunity to develop and grow within the business Employee Assistance Programme Health Cash Plan Pension Life Assurance Opportunity to purchase additional benefits add-ons And more
