A well established and respected Bognor Regis area employer are looking to recruit a fill time HR Advisor on a fixed term contract basis.
Description
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Provide a professional high-quality HR provision, delivering general HR advice, guidance and solutions on a broad range of human resource issues, interpreting and advising on employee relations, including complex cases, terms and conditions policies and procedures and employment legislation
Working closely with all parties to resolve both informal and formal employee relations matters such as absence management, disciplinary, capability/performance and grievance cases.
In conjunction with the HR Manager and Recruitment Co-Ordinator, assist and support the recruitment process.
Maintain, update, and accurately record all ER casework (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management), ensuring records are thorough.
Actively participate in HR initiatives alongside HR Business Partners.
Preparation and updating of standard HR documentation and reports relating to all areas of HR management to ensure consistency and accuracy in line with strategy, policy and legal compliance.
Coordinate Occupational Health referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate support for employees.
