Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an IBAR Site Manager located in Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the IBAR Site Manager role involves being allocated several projects to monitor and assist the Busbar Project Managers and the site Operations team.
What a typical day looks like:
1. Supervise Sub-Contractors and installation works across multiple sites.
2. Schedule deliveries and site logistics.
3. Monitor and report on site progress/issues.
4. A point of contact for site matters.
5. Attend site meetings/DABS as required.
6. Quality Control observation and reporting.
7. Assist with project programme recoveries.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
1. Experience in Busbar install/testing essential.
2. A current SMSTS Certificate.
3. A current and relevant ESC Card.
