Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Onsite We are looking for a Rapid Response Officer to join our team on the Isle of Wight. As a Rapid Response Officer (RRO) for supply restoration, you will ensure that you lead by example, operate safely, delivering the optimum performance against set targets including: Customer Interruptions, Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Satisfaction. You will ensure all safety, quality, technical and commercial requirements are met whilst providing world class customer service. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: - A formal qualification in Electrical Engineering, 11kV SAP status would also be advantageous but is not a necessity. - Demonstrable experience of operating on an LV Distribution network and should be familiar with Operational Practice. - It is essential that you are able to promote and engage on safety matters at all levels and contribute towards a high performing safety culture within the team. - Managerial experience, demonstrating how you lead, develop and do the right thing.
