Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored speech and language therapy for a small caseload of students, focusing on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, and Autism.
* Play an active role in the admissions process, including writing pen portraits and shaping the support for new pupils.
* Collaborate across teams with teachers, teaching assistants, and other therapists, engaging in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic care for the pupils.
* Maintain accurate records and perform administrative duties with flexibility to work remotely during breaks.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in Speech and Language Therapy with HCPC registration and membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.
* Demonstrated experience as a Speech and Language Therapist.
* A confident leader with the ability to supervise, train, and support your colleagues.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
* Full UK driving licence for occasional offsite meetings.
This Role is Equivalent to a Band 6 NHS Position in Terms of Experience.
