Grundfos are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join the internal Water Utilities team, based at either our Leighton Buzzard or Warrington offices. In this role, you will contribute to a thriving office team by providing timely and effective technical advice to incoming inquiries. You will provide technically advanced support through technical quotations, sharing information, advice and assistance regarding Grundfos products and services before, during, and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organisation´s customer relationship and deliver world class customer service. What are your responsibilities? • Provide commercial and technical advice on customer inquiries by email, telephone, and live chat. • Process tickets, e.g. RFI (request for information), RFQ request for quotation) and RFC (request for complaint), for processing. • Create processed offers according to the description. • Evaluate customer inquiries, provide technical advice and assistance regarding product sizing, applications, system solutions, and accessories ensuring compliance to technical specifications. • Provide standard pricing and delivery information. • Create, delete and maintain customer contact data in the SAP CRM system. • Enter the incoming orders, whether manual or electronic, to ensure fast, accurate order management in line with world class customer service. • Manage customer order changes (lead time, shipping conditions, quantity, postponements, rejection, cancellation) and interaction with External Sales, Finance and the Supply Chain. • Assist Customers with order progression and supply chain issues. • Provide order and delivery status to customers. • Record Customer complaints and requests for customer product returns. • Support sales team by handling complex enquiries and product information, including providing dimensions, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation and maintenance issues, etc. What experience are we looking for? • Relevant experience within the pump industry or similar • Previous experience within customer Service • Good administration and organisational skills • Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD), not essential but advantageous • Familiarity with MS Office applications • Pump and Application Knowledge • Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders • Excellent written and spoken English Why Grundfos?
