We have an amazing opportunity for YOU to join a dynamic team with our valued client in Sudbury, Suffolk Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Sudbury, Suffolk Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) Pay: £15.94 per hour (Paid 35 hours per week) Job Type: Temporary with potential to go Permanent for the right candidate Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the company, handling key tasks that ensure smooth and efficient service to customers. From processing orders to setting up new accounts and dealing with queries, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly. You'll also work with the SAP system, so experience or willingness to learn is a plus Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Ensuring customer orders are processed quickly and accurately. Account Management: Setting up new accounts and maintaining customer records. Query Resolution: Dealing with customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. SAP System: Using the SAP system for various tasks (training available if needed). What We're Looking For: Customer-focused: You must enjoy helping people and providing excellent service. Organised & Efficient: You can handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Tech-Savvy: Experience with SAP is beneficial, but not essential.
