We currently have an opportunity for a Site Services Manager to join our Team at Ruskington site.
Shift Pattern:
Days - mainly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work (flexibility is required).

Successful candidate will be responsible for leading the site services team. In your role you will ensure the receiving, issuing, and maintaining of stocks within the stores area via the Arolink stock system are completed correctly, oversee that all material intake checks are completed against documented standards and specifications and empower others. The Site Services Manager will lead their team to ensure stock levels are correct and ensure that materials are issued in use by date order, ensure external storage of supplier equipment is managed and assist with all site services daily jobs.
Our ideal candidate will be self motivated and be able to demonstrate following Skills & Knowledge:
* Ability to communicate effectively and lead / motivate the team.

* Commercial and business awareness.
* People Management Skills.
* Planning and Organisation skills.
* Experience in a warehousing / Goods Inwards environment and management, preferably in a fast moving consumer goods organisation.
* Understanding the relationship between a large multiply and their suppliers
* SAP and Arolink experience desirable.
The role is crucial to the efficient running of the site and therefore you will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with internal departments and external contractors and have a flexible and proactive approach to ensure the overall need of the business are met. Ideally you will have direct experience of working with food processing and packaging equipment, however familiarisation training on this specialist equipment can be provided for the right candidate.
