HR Officer- Stonehaven > Maternity Cover
This client is based South of Aberdeen and is looking to bring in an HR Officer on a 9–12 month temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This role can be part- or full-time hours c37 hours per week (08.30 – 16.30/Friday 08.30 - 15.30)
The Role
The HR Officer be responsible for providing HR activity and support to the Business Manager and wider team as well as a range of office-based activities. In addition, they will be responsible for the management of information, record-keeping and document control relating to HR, Logistics and Training. They will ensure that personnel are competent and safe to work in line with company and industry procedures.

* Managing internal HR processes, including disciplinary, exit interviews, redundancies and others as required.
* Recruitment - advertising, correspondence with applicants and agencies, arranging interviews and appointment documentation.
* Recruitment of overseas workers – Applications for work permits, visas as required.
* Provide advice and support to management and employees on HR Issues.
* Maintain Contracts of Employment.
* Research, monitor and evaluate company policies to ensure they are being applied consistently and in accordance with current employment legislation.
