The Opportunity We are looking for a Surveys Sales Consultant to effectively manage inbound survey leads and successfully convert them into sales whilst managing the administration associated with the role. You will provide the customer with technical advice and guidance when required. The role will involve: Logging inbound leads onto CRM Liaising with customers on their survey requirements Supplying customers with quotes Taking payments from customers on the WorldPay system Processing all administration associated with successful sales Reporting on your lead sources and revenues on a weekly basis About You You will need to have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with previous sales or customer service experience, coupled with; IT literacy and competence with Microsoft Office Possessing an understanding of customer service standards Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry would be an advantage Being self-motivated and sales driven About Us Landmark Optimus’ conveyancing panel management services provide mortgage brokers and introducers with access to a select panel of pre-approved and regulated conveyancing partners that are focused on quality and seamless service delivery.
