Account Director
Remote | London | Edinburgh
This is a lovely opportunity to take a key role within an award-winning digital agency who are in great shape and enjoying their best year ever.
The agency is specialist in mobile site & app builds including innovation & AI. In fact, they are vastly improving the way that property and leisure brands engage with their customers and do business. No doubt, it is very interesting and transformative work that is making a genuine impact. It's no wonder their client list is expanding at pace and they continue to win awards across the industry.
Following this continued expansion, the team is looking forward to welcoming an Account Director to their successful and friendly team.
Location:
Everyone in the agency works primarily remotely. The business has two hubs, Edinburgh and London, so it would be ideal if you're within fairly easy reach of either location: the team like to catch up face-to-face from to time, and make an effort to see clients too.
Where you fit in
You will be a key play in a dynamic, smaller agency where your voice will be heard. You'll have the freedom to deliver client-first solutions, without the constraints of corporate politics or group balance sheet pressure. With fewer levels of bureaucracy, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and make a real impact. Their supportive, fun and rewarding environment fosters collaboration, innovation and personal growth where you'll feel empowered to be your best self at work.
The Role
Broadly, you'll be totally immersed in a variety of mobile and app projects, from discovery & research phase, to design & build, to go live & ongoing support. You're probably an Account Director or Senior PM from a digital agency environment, so the following should make sense:
1. You are most definitely familiar with site maps, wireframes and have an understanding of UX/UI. An interest in emerging tech such as AI would be great.
2. Leadfing projects and working closely with clients comes naturally to you, and we suspect you probably enjoy being that dependable, friendly extension to their team. This will include researching and clarifying requirements, making recommendations, managing feedback and looking after ongoing requests.
3. As such, you'll also bring project management skills and great attention to detail
4. You bring experience working with developers and designers, and are super comfortable leading virtual meetings
5. Icing on the cake: if you have some previous experience managing Sitecore projects (in particular XM Cloud) that would be brilliant.
Package
6. Salary commensurate with your experience
7. Annual performance-related bonus
8. 25 days holiday per year (+ UK bank holidays)
9. Pension
10. Vitality health insurance
11. Flexible and remote working as standard
12. Plenty of headroom and opportunity for professional development
13. Genuinely friendly, drama-free and hard-working team who are expert in their fields.
If the above sounds like a bit of you, please do apply with your CV or a profile - whatever you have to hand - and we can go from there.
