Responsibilities
The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives in store. By leading your team by setting a good example, you will maximize sales opportunities and ensure excellent customer service and shopping experiences.
Duties include:
* Management: Motivating staff, delegating roles, meeting sales targets, maintaining high customer service standards.
* Sales Goals: Achieving counter and service sales targets by engaging with customers, demonstrating products, providing beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
* Brow Services: Performing waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert.
* Teamwork: Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, recognizing positive work to motivate the team.
* Promotion & Events: Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
* Stock Management: Keeping the counter stocked and reporting concerns immediately.
* Communication: Maintaining open communication with store, department, and area managers.
* Administration: Completing administrative tasks regularly and assisting with area manager duties.
* Staff Rota: Preparing fair staff schedules monthly.
* Hygiene & Housekeeping: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Qualifications

Salary: £21,500 – £27,500 (dependent on experience & performance)
