Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Tile Mountain. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store management tasks, including overseeing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing store operations, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and effective communication with the team.
Qualifications

* Experience in Store Management
* Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Previous experience in a retail environment
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
