JOB DETAILS:
Job title: Call Centre Agent
Contract: Bank.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 10:00am - 6:00pm.

JOB PURPOSE:
The post holder will be responsible for improving vaccination uptake by obtaining informed consent under the supervision of the Call Centre Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Comply with Company policies & procedures
* Work collaborativelyto support the team to facilitate the smooth continuity of service delivery.
* Assist in the day to day running of the immunisation programme's call centre.
* Handle calls and emails from and to parents/carers booking children in for vaccinations within community clinics.
* Coordinating the operation of the community clinics in line with company policy and procedures where directed.
* Working towards KPI'sto ensure targets are achieved.
* Participate positivelyin regular team meetings.
* Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
* Understands and implements the principles of informed consent.
* Knowledge of principles of data protection
* Experience in call center or customer service
* Experience of working in a health care setting
* Have a clear and polite telephone manner.
* Bilingual skills
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* IT literate including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
The following languages would also be desirable:
* Turkish
* Bengali
