We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Coordinator to assist the sales team with operational activities and foster strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team in daily operations and activities, ensuring alignment with company targets and long-term vision.
· Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers regarding quotes, orders, and tender opportunities, keeping them informed of status updates within agreed timescales.
· Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer account records through the CRM system.
· Support lead generation efforts and manage incoming inquiries to ensure timely responses.
What do you need?
· Proven experience in sales support or business development, preferably within the electrical or similar industry.
· Proficiency in CRM systems for effectively managing customer accounts and tracking the sales pipeline.
· Strong organisational, planning, administrative, and communication skills.
· A proactive mindset with a commitment to achieving goals and supporting the sales team.
