Job Title: Children’s Home Deputy Manager
Location: Greenford Green, London
Salary: £41,397.00 Per annum

Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home
2. Ensuring the highest standards of care are provided
3. Developing strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and external agencies
4. Implementing care plans and managing risk assessments
5. Promoting a positive culture within the team
Deputy Manager Requirements
1. Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare
2. Must have a strong understanding of Ofsted and Children Home regulations
3. Supervisory experience required
4. Driving Licence is strongly favorable
5. This role works on a variable shift pattern of 0700-2200 plus one sleep night per week, across the 7 days of the week.
