The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Team that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Team to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all marketing materials are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As such, they require strong project management skills and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
In addition, the Marketing Executive is required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the organisation to ensure that their marketing and communication requirements are fulfilled. This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
The Marketing Executive has a responsibility to maintaining the brand identity across all marketing materials. This involves working closely with the Marketing Team to ensure that all materials are consistent with the brand guidelines.
This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to analyse campaign performance to adjust strategies as needed. It is a requirement that the Marketing Executive stays up to date with industry trends and new marketing and design technologies to ensure that the company is always ahead of the curve.

Duties include:
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Team to increase brand awareness and contribute towards business growth
2. Design and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including both digital and traditional media
3. Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations
4. Manage the design process from conception to completion, ensuring all design work meets project requirements
5. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party agencies and suppliers
6. Provide creative direction to third-party agencies
7. Develop and maintain the brand identity across all marketing materials
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
9. Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives
10. Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints
11. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
Experience required:
12. Creativity, organisational skills, problem solving, task prioritising, analytical skills, financial awareness, negotiating skills, ability to present, excellent IT skills.
13. Adobe Creative Suite knowledge and design experience would be a bonus.
