What You’ll Do:
Strength-Based Support: Empower Service Users by focusing on their abilities and potential.
Advocacy: Be the voice for those in need, ensuring their rights are upheld.
Confidence Building: Help Service Users build self-esteem and make positive life decisions.
Promote Independence: Develop personalised support plans to foster self-sufficiency.
Welfare Benefits: Guide Service Users through the UK welfare system to access vital support.
Social Housing Support: Assist in navigating the housing system and securing long-term homes.
Safeguarding: Protect vulnerable adults by adhering to safeguarding policies.
Collaborate: Work with multi-disciplinary agencies to provide holistic support.
Trauma-Informed Support: Apply trauma-informed care in psychologically informed environments.
What We’re Looking For:
✅Passionate individuals with the right mindset to coach disadvantaged individuals
✅Empathic approach
✅ Knowledge of the UK welfare and social housing systems
✅ Excellent communication and empathy
✅ Ability to work with disadvantaged clients
✅ Qualifications in social care (desirable but not essential)
Must drive and have own car
