We are seeking a dedicated German speaking Customer Service Administrator to join a global furniture business in London. The role will involve providing excellent customer support, managing administrative tasks, and fostering strong relationships with clients across the DACH region. The role is a 6 month contract with a great possibility to go permanent. Client Details This Scandinavian, high end, furniture business have a diverse language hub in Central London. The office is going through considerable growth which presents exciting future career development. You will work in a fun and supportive customer service team. Description As the German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record maintenance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of customer service processes. Process orders using SAP Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Look into customer account to problem solve effectively Profile A successful Customer Service Administrator should have: Customer service experience in an office or contact centre environment Fluent in German and English Excellent attention to detail Job Offer A 6 month contract with potential to go permanent and 33k pro rata.
