An exciting opportunity has arisen working within Merseycare NHS trust walk in centres - based at Smithdown children's walk in centre.
We see and treat minor ailments and injuries across eight walk in centre/UTC's sites. We are open 365 days a year from 8am-8pm.
Walk-in centres offer access to treatment and advice for minor illnesses and injuries.
We would be expect the successful candidate to increase their clinical skills to include theassessment care and treatment of conditions such asminor infections and rashes, fractures and lacerations, emergency contraception, stomach upsets, superficial cuts and bruises, minor burns and strains.
This is an excitingopportunityfor the right candidate to have the chance to develop excellent clinical skills with autonomous and highly skilled professionals.
The post holder will be based at Smithdown children's walk in centre but will be expected to be flexible to work across our other adult walk in centres, where appropriate.
