About the role:

Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, and supervise nursing care.
* Lead and supervise Care Assistants in their key roles.
* To record baseline observations in line with client procedures.
* Provide hands-on support tailored to residents’ individual needs.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care.
Requirements
* Experienced nurse with strong skills in medication administration, MAR charts, wound care, and syringe drivers.
* Valid nursing PIN with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Right to work in the UK without restrictions.
