Administration and Community Engagement Assistant Grosvenor Hart Homes (GHH) are looking for an Administration & Community Engagement Assistant to join us at our base in Chester city center as we expand our multi-disciplinary team. Grosvenor Hart Homes is a new social enterprise on a mission to improve the life chances of vulnerable children, young people and their families. Role purpose: This is a unique role, combining general administrative support to the GHH team and coordinating front-line engagement with our customers. You will be expected to carry out high-quality clerical tasks and some operational functions. Your role will also involve supporting GHH's tenants and the GHH team to organise and engage with activities and events by helping in their facilitation and delivery and tracking levels of engagement and impact. You will be passionate about making a difference to people, outgoing, comfortable with talking to a range of different people and turning your hand to different tasks, flexible and have exceptional planning and organisational skills. The key responsibilities of the role are to: Support the GHH team with general office administration (e.g. monitoring company email inboxes, data entry, processing invoices, setting up meeting rooms, travel and hotel bookings, answering the door and phone). Be the first point of contact to tenants and GHH visitors in person and on the phone Work with GHH tenants and the GHH team to develop and deliver activities and volunteering opportunities benefiting individuals and the community. This will include booking venues, organising catering and running activities and events etc. Maximise and track tenant engagement in community events and services. Adhere to the policies and process of GHH, taking an active role in the safeguarding of where appropriate. Participate in regular team meetings, taking responsibility for own work and escalating any concerns. Work flexibly to accommodate the needs of our customers.
