This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both recruitment efforts and administrative functions within our organisation.
We would like the successful candidate to have experience in both fields.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting the Director in hiring candidates across various roles within the organisation.
* Utilise multiple recruitment channels and techniques to attract the correct candidate.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities efficiently.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system.
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, handling incoming emails, ensuring correct invoices and receipts are sent out to customers and prospects, dealing with confidential documents, and helping out with PAYE.
* Support HR-related functions such as onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance activities.
* Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in recruitment and administration.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
* Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, colleagues, and customers.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Previous experience in administrative roles or office management is preferred.
* Knowledge of HR processes and PAYE.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
