This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected charity supporting people affected by criminal justice, substance misuse, and unemployment. Managing a team of two, youll play a key role in identifying and securing vital funding to sustain and grow life-changing programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process for trusts, grants, and government contracts
Develop and implement a strategic funding plan to secure long-term income
Manage and support a team of two bid writers, ensuring high-quality submissions
Build and maintain relationships with funders, stakeholders, and key partners
Whats on offer?
£50,000 salary
Hybrid working Central London office
Autonomy to lead and develop bid strategies
Although fixed term contract for 6 12 months, this could well move into a permanent role.
Were looking for someone with strong leadership, bid writing expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive success. You must have worked wihtin the sectors of either criminal justice, skills, employability or healthcare.
