To join our newly created, busy Resourcing team, managing checking and posting job vacancies and all new starter onboarding (pre-employment checks), both via a new applicant tracking system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our new in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring an efficient, solution-focused recruitment service for hiring managers. Supporting the Resourcing Advisor in the implementation and management of the new ATS, providing system support and recruitment advice.? Acting as a first point of contact for all recruitment and resourcing queries via a helpdesk.? Managing the vetting and onboarding process, including DBS checks, right-to-work verification, reference collection, and medical clearance.? Ensuring compliance with audit requirements (DBS, IR35, GDPR) and maintaining up-to-date records.
