We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our contact centre to represent our client, a luxury cosmetic brand.
This role is a fixed term contract until 31/12/2024.
What will I do in the role?
1. First point of contact for all customer enquiries
2. To provide sales through service, including order processing and upselling additional products
3. Brand ambassador for your client, upholding the values/expectations of this luxury brand.
4. Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, web chat and e-mail
5. Making sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation and leave with a positive impression of you, our client and of Ventrica
What do I need?
1. Experience of working in customer service is essential, ideally within a contact centre or retail environment
2. A passion for the beauty industry is highly desirable
3. Experience of sales through service would be an advantage
4. A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
5. Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. Experience of working in a customer facing environment
8. Ability to work well within a team
9. Confident IT skills
Working Hours
1. Shifts are on a rota basis between the core hours 9:00am-22:00pm Monday to Friday and between the core hours 10:00am-7:00pm on weekends
2. Shifts are on a 3 week rotational basis, which include working 1 full weekend, 1 week either working Saturday or Sunday only and 1 week not working on the weekend
3. 40 hours per week
