Role Overview
Reporting into our Head of Live, our Senior Content Producer will play a critical role in generating and delivering engaging content that captivates audiences and delivers on point brand messaging, elevating the art of live experiences. Adept at working with brands to develop ideas, you'll also be skilled at building agendas and content for various live event experience formats using relevant mediums (presentations, videos, stills, digital content, VR and AR).
Your skills will extend to pitch writing and presenting, being a key contributor to creating compelling proposals which nail our clients' objectives.
Being a client facing role, you'll be used to interacting with senior level stakeholders, helping them to distil, interpret and communicate their message, both pre-event and on site. During rehearsals, you'll ensure the quality of content delivery by being efficient yet personable, guiding speakers to be at their best on stage.
Your ability to adapt and thrive under pressure, coupled with your commitment to high standards and a willingness to learn, will be essential in contributing to our ongoing success and leaving a lasting impact on audiences.
Requirements
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our Live, Creative and Technical Production teams to identify the content needs of live and potential projects.
* Research and understand audiences, objectives and key messages for each project.
* Consult, advise on and produce engaging agenda formats and speaker scripts.
* Share best practice with clients on audience engagement and challenge where required.
* Management of content production: video/animation, graphics, scripts, digital in line with audience/objectives/messaging needs. Work in close partnership with supporting Creative / Digital / other specialists as needed.
* Travel to live events where required; overseeing content changes and leading on rehearsals and content elements of any live show.
* Measure and analyse the effectiveness of content to continuously improve future productions.
* Mentor and support junior team members in content creation and strategy development.
* Research and stay updated on industry trends/tech to incorporate into content development (for instance VR and AR).
* Work closely with the event teams and Business Development to produce compelling, unique pitches, joining live pitch teams when required.
* Other duties as may be reasonably required.
About You

* Proven experience in content production and strategy within the events industry: across Live / Virtual events, Digital, Film/Animation and Print.
* Experience working as a Content Producer within a Live Events agency.
* Strategic thinker to translate desired client outcomes into tangible event outcomes.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the intricacies of live production.
* Skilled stakeholder management at all levels with an ability to build long term, mutually beneficial relationships.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
* Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
* Passionate about supporting your peers to be better.
* Leads by example with the ability to inspire and motivate others - particularly when inevitable challenges arise.
