Summary of the Position:
The role involves delivering an efficient dispute resolution service, managing a diverse caseload independently, and representing claimants and defendants in a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be newly qualified (NQ) to 2 years PQE and will bring a proactive, client-focused approach to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including:
o Landlord and tenant disputes
o Land and property actions
o Possession claims
o Debt recovery
2. Conducting thorough legal research and drafting pleadings, statements, and other legal documents with attention to detail.
3. Representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution, with some advocacy desirable.
4. Ensuring compliance with Money Laundering procedures and GDPR regulations.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers.
6. Supporting the department in business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Training:
1. NQ to 2 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
2. Knowledge and experience in landlord and tenant disputes, property litigation, and debt recovery.
3. Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high attention to detail.

3. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
