Land Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 plus package

A high profile entrepreneurial Developer urgently requires a Land Manager to join their busy team. This Developer aims to buy and build out over 250 units per annum. The product is good quality and sells. Locations of acquisition are generally an hour commute from London and will stretch to all home counties.
The role itself is to identify, appraise and acquire sites from 60 units – 200 units and take these schemes through the front end cycle, handing over to the construction team for delivery.
The company has excellent funding with money to spend on deals; these will generally be STP, consented and option schemes. The schemes will generally not be of a strategic nature as the Developer is looking to build out once planning is granted. All systems are in place for an experienced person to hit the ground running.
The ideal person will be a good negotiator, an excellent relationship builder with a series of contacts in London and the Home Counties. For this Developer, their reputation in the marketplace is vitally important, so they need someone who can present them with good value, appraised schemes that can be delivered on. You will work alongside a Senior Land Manager, and whilst you will discuss opportunities, you will work autonomously, being able to create your own deals.
