Description T he Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos has an opening for a Site Asset Staff in providing support managing the supply chain, arranging transportation and storage of materials and transportation management. Managing the supply chain includes every step in the process of procurement of materials to the shipment Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: Track and manage the addition and removal of equipment within the customer network, providing regular updates to the procurement team for three sites. Develop, implement, and maintain the logistics team’s processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency. Assist in the creation, monitoring, and implementation of training plans for the logistics team. Monitor and report progress on meeting requirements within various customer reporting systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, HelpNow) for multiple. Support logistics leads in overseeing and coordinating global logistics operations for oconus sites. Provide assistance during customer Supply Chain Management Review (SCMR) audits, ensuring compliance and thorough documentation for three oconus sites. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions. Approve and oversee equipment transfers for hub and tail sites, acting as the Custodial Property Officer (CPO). Collaborate with the Broadside Configuration Management team and Tier II technicians to address configuration management needs. Develop site-specific inventory plans and continuously monitor and report on inventory status and updates. Track and manage the disposal of equipment throughout the program, ensuring all required documentation is completed and compliant with policies. Oversee and report on Return Material Authorization (RMA) deliveries and turn-ins across all oconus site locations. Work closely with site personnel to maintain adequate consumable property stock levels. Track, trace, and update the status of shipments as necessary to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery. Successfully complete all assigned training requirements to maintain operational readiness. In addition to the tasks listed, the role may involve undertaking other related responsibilities as needed. Basic Requirements Required Clearance: TS SCI with Poly Candidate must have 9 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a bachelor’s degree and 5 years, an associate’s degree and 7 years or a high school diploma and 9 years’ experience.
