Are you passionate about delivering exceptional catering services and leading a dynamic team? We're seeking a Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations across multiple leisure sites. Your role will involve managing the coffee shops at Leisure World, Sports Park, and Aqua Springs, ensuring high standards of customer service, and efficient operations.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience managing catering services in a public-facing role. You will be responsible for budget management, developing initiatives to improve services, and managing front-line staff.
Principal Accountabilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of coffee shops and catering services
Develop and implement procedures to enhance service quality
Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage staff performance
Handle stock management, ordering, and invoice processing
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Early morning, evening and weekend working will be required.
