Job summary We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated and highly professional team of community nurses in North Norfolk. We have a part-time permanent position available within the NN1 Team based at Fakenham Medical Practice and Kelling Hospital site covering Fakenham, Wells, Holt and Sheringham GP surgeries. The Community Staff Nurse role is a role under the supervision of Band 6 and Clinical Lead colleagues as part of the larger integrated team, providing high quality patient centred nursing care to patients in a variety of community settings. This is an ideal opportunity for those either wanting career progression and experience within a community setting or those with previous community experience, skills and knowledge. You must be self-motivated, able to demonstrate sound clinical reasoning skills and have good communication skills. Main duties of the job You will demonstrate a proactive philosophy to care, committed to a "whole patient" approach, ensuring holistic care of the patient and involvement of all parties.
