The Integration Support Developer is an exciting new role within our back-end team. You will be responsible for the development of new integrations with third party systems, ensuring seamless data flow while providing technical support to the wider business for any integration-related issues that may arise; typically this involves collaborating with various teams to understand business needs, implementing integration solutions using relevant tools and technologies, and monitoring system performance to identify and resolve problems
Troubleshooting and Support:
o Monitor integration processes to identify and resolve issues related to data quality, system performance, and connectivity
o Investigate and troubleshoot integrations, including debugging code and analysing data discrepancies
o Provide technical support to internal stakeholders regarding integration issues and usage
o Optimize integration processes to improve performance and efficiency
o Implement security measures to protect sensitive data during integration processes
o Develop and implement integration flows using APIs, data mapping techniques, and relevant integration tools
o Create and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move data between systems
o Design and implement data transformation logic to ensure data consistency across different systems
o 4+ years commercial experience developing with C#, .Net, SQL, Git
NET platform
o Strong understanding of unit testing
o Experience working in an agile development environment
o An ability to contribute to design/architecture decisions that shape a software platform
o Solid understanding/application of the fundamentals of software engineering principles
Contract Type
Full-time: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)
Office-based: Head Office in Cardiff. Office-based / hybrid options available
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
