We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our Team in Hull where you’ll be first point of contact to linguist queries as well as key member to Accounts team providing administrative support.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Processing Jobsheets
* Investigating and resolving interpreter queries in a professional manner
* Investigating and resolving customer invoice queries in a professional manner
* General administration duties of the finance department
* Answering calls
* Assist with Credit Control
Education, skills and competencies
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel, Outlook skills)
* Strong IT and typing skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise your own workload
* Ability to effectively communicate with team members and interpreters
