This is a temporary role, ideal for someone passionate about improving the quality of care and support for people with autism. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and safety. Manage and support a dedicated care team, fostering a positive work environment. Develop and monitor individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding policies. Communicate effectively with families and stakeholders. Requirements: Previous experience in managing care services for individuals with autism or similar needs. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in autism care. What We're looking for: Relevant Health or Social Care professional qualification; or Level 5 Diploma (QCF5) in Leadership for Health and Social Care services (Adults Management); or other relevant Diploma/Degree/Post-Graduate qualification in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care, or related area.
