Customer Service Administrator.
We are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator for our client based in the heart of Rugby.
Working Hours:
1. Monday-Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm
2. Friday: 8am - 1pm
Pay Rate: £13.65 p/h
Duties:
1. Office based role.
2. Provide a high level of customer service.
3. Deal with customer queries.
4. Liaise with different departments & suppliers.
5. Send and respond to emails.
6. Handle customer orders and queries.
What you'll need:
1. SAP experience ideally but not essential.
2. A positive can-do attitude.
3. A high level of attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
